iCloud Sync

Our app uses Apple's iCloud service to sync your call blocking preferences across your iOS devices. This sync functionality:

Only syncs data between devices signed into the same Apple ID

Can be disabled in your device's iCloud settings if you prefer local-only storage

Our app includes text filtering functionality to help you manage unwanted text messages. This text filtering feature:

Does not access, store, or process the content of your messages
Uses Apple's built-in privacy protections for text filtering apps
Requires your explicit permission through iOS system prompts
Only identifies whether messages should be filtered based on your local blocking preferences

Important info: iOS will display a privacy warning when selecting Call Ranger. This is a default system message shown for all message filtering extensions. Call Ranger never accesses, collects, stores, or transmits your message data. All filtering happens entirely on your device.

Third-Party Services

We do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Our app operates independently without external data sharing.

Data Security

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal information stored on our servers that could be compromised. All app functionality occurs locally on your device or through Apple's secure iCloud service.

Children's Privacy

Our app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for users of all ages as it operates without data collection.
